Fanari Labs offers web development, AI integration, autonomous agents, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any project will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information necessary for us to deliver our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Our Content:

All content, logos, designs, and software provided by Fanari Labs (excluding client-specific deliverables) are our exclusive property.

Client Deliverables:

Upon full payment, you retain ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for your project, subject to our right to use them for portfolio and promotional purposes.

Payment schedules, pricing, and invoicing details will be agreed upon before the start of any project. Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or termination of services.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fanari Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

We provide our services "as is" and "as available." While we strive for excellence, we do not warrant that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly secure.

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms. Upon termination, you remain liable for any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fanari Labs operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the services post-modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
